Are there any hidden costs on purchase?

There are absolutely no hidden charges. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary page. In some cases, if the courier delivery person asks for any extra charges then kindly Contact Us.

What is “My Account”? How do I update my information?

It is easy to update your Mobilaty account and view your orders any time through “My Account”.”My Account” allows you complete control over your transactions on Mobilaty

  • Manage/edit your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids
  • Change your password
  • Track the status of your orders

What are the different modes of payment?

You can use any one of the following payment methods:

  1. Online payment (credit card).
  2. Payment by Cash on Delivery.
  3. Gift Coupons.

Do you have warranty on your products?

Yes, we do have manufacturer warranty on our products

Manufacturer warranty: For products which are offered on manufacturer warranty, please contact the nearest service center of the manufacturer. Our customer care would be able to assist you with the service center contact numbers only or you can visit the respective manufacturers website to obtain the nearest service center details, any request for replacement or repair of the products shall not be entertained. Such services are offered directly by the Manufacturer of those products.

What does the various product availability options means?

  • In Stock: The item is available; and you can order it.
  • Out of Stock: This item is currently not in stock. In such cases please enter your e-mail id to get notified when the product is back in stock.

How do I cancel my order?

  • If you have not already received the email information that your order was shipped, you can simply cancel your order by getting in touch with our Customer Service Call Center.
  • If your order has already been shipped you will not be able to cancel it, but still potentially be able to return it (Check out our Return policy for detailed information).

How do I Place an order ?

Placing an order on Mobilaty is quick and simple. Follow these steps to place your order.

  1. Choose the items you want to order by browsing through our wide range of catalogues and categories or simply search for your desired product through our powerful and quick search placed at the header of each page. Use the drop-down menu to restrict your search to a particular category.
  2. Add the items to your Shopping Cart.
  3. A Shopping Cart pop up will open that will showcase products/items that you have selected to buy. You can change quantity of the items from this pop up and can also remove items from your shopping cart.
  4. You can view your shopping cart anytime during your stay on our store by clicking on “My Cart” label, placed at the header of our site. To place an order click on “Proceed to checkout”.
  5. Sign in using your e-mail address if you already have an account. If you are a first time user then you need to create an account first by registering with our 4 field form which asks your First Name, Last Name, email id and a password
  6. Enter the address where you want to receive your order. Already registered user can select from stored shipping address and billing address or can enter a new shipping and billing address. New user will be asked to enter new shipping and billing address.
  7. Review and Submit your order. Take a moment to review all of the items you’ve placed in your Shopping Cart. You can update your shopping cart i.e. change the quantity of the items you wish to buy in your shopping cart.
  8. Choose how you would like to pay and make the payment to complete your order. Check our payment options.
  9. Once you are done with the payment, you will be redirected to “Thank You” page on our website to demonstrate for successful order placement. An email will be sent to your registered email id so that you can keep a note of your order details. On “Thank You” page you will be able to see your Order No. Please quote this number for all interactions for any post order queries to Customer service.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

  • Once your order has been logged and payment authorization has been received, the seller confirms receipt of the order and begins processing it.
  • You will receive an email containing the details of your order when the seller receives it and confirms the same. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID , a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the expected delivery time.
  • You will also be notified when the seller ships the item(s) to you. Shipping details will be provided with the respective tracking number(s).

What if I find my package opened or tempered upon delivery ?

Please don’t accept an open or tampered package. Notify us of the same just after receiving the package since our courier partner doesn’t provide open delivery option.


What are the conditions for returning an item?

  1. Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc)
  2. All claims for shortages/ misshipments /misbillings/returns must be made within 1 day of delivery.
  3. In Case Customer changed their mind. Boxes and packing material have to be in the original condition and the product has to be unused and box unopened.
  4. Refund method that you would like and the necessary information associated (bank account number, etc.)
  5. if items are not returned with their packages or if any other item or documentation is missing, products will not be accepted as a return item.
  6. Once your product is retrieved we will perform a quality check. If the quality check is successful, we will refund you according to your requested refund method.
  7. if the quality check is unsuccessful, you will not be refunded and will be sent back your product.

How much time do I have to return a product to Mobilaty?

All items sold on Mobilaty, under certain conditions, can be returned within a period of 14 days from delivery date.
Example: If I receive my product on Monday 5th, I have until next Sunday 19th to submit a return request.

NOTE: We do not accept returns past 14 days of delivery. If you face this situation, we advise you to contact the manufacturer if the product has a fault.

How do I send my product to Mobilaty?

After you submit you request, we will arrange a pick up at your doorstep.

Where do we ship?

  • Currently, we deliver everywhere in Egypt only. However, you’ll find us everywhere in the Middle East and North Africa the soonest.

What’s our Shipping Policy?

  • You may have your product delivered to your home via one of our available home delivery options.
  • We deliver orders on normal business days, which are Sunday through Thursday excluding government holidays.
  • Weekend shipment of orders is currently not available.
  • Order information such as billing or shipping address that is inaccurate or incomplete may result in delays.
  • Products can not be shipped to incomplete addresses.
  • In cases of not accepting the delivery for reasons other than wrong items, the customer agrees to pay the shipping charges incurred and specified on the invoice.
